Privacy & Terms
What this site processes about you (very little), and the terms it is offered under.
Privacy notice
Who is responsible
This site is operated by SynapTech s. r. o., Studená 5089/3, 900 42 Dunajská Lužná, Slovakia, IČO 57 334 111, the company behind Straza. We are the controller for the processing described here. Contact: hello@straza.ai. This notice covers straza.ai and the domains that redirect to it.
The short version
There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cookies here. The site makes no requests to third parties: fonts, styles, scripts, and video are all served from this domain.
What your browser stores
One entry, if you use the theme toggle: a straza-theme value in your browser's local storage, holding your light-or-dark choice. It is not transmitted anywhere; the site contains no code that sends it. Your browser's site-data settings remove it.
Server data
Our web server is not configured to keep access logs of visits. Operational logs exist to keep the service running and to defend it against abuse; when something fails or an attack is filtered, they can transiently record technical data such as an IP address (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are not used to identify or profile visitors and are not shared unless the law requires it.
If you email us
Writing to hello@straza.ai means we process your address and whatever your message contains, to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence). We keep correspondence while the matter it concerns is open and delete it once it is no longer needed. Our mail runs on Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland, a country the EU recognizes as providing adequate data protection), which handles messages on our behalf. We do not add you to any list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@straza.ai. You can also complain to the Slovak supervisory authority, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk), or to the supervisory authority of your own country.
What we do not do
We make no automated decisions about you and build no profiles. We do not sell data, and we share nothing beyond what this notice names. We update the date above when this page changes.
The mobile app
The Straza mobile app has its own dedicated notice: Mobile app privacy policy. This page covers the website only.
Terms of use
What this site is
An informational presentation of Straza, software that has not launched yet. Content describes the state of the product at the time of writing and can change or disappear without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer or advice, and the site sells nothing. These terms govern use of the site itself.
The software is licensed separately
The Straza software ships under its own licenses at release: AGPL-3.0 for the core, Apache-2.0 for the SDKs and the spec. These site terms grant no rights to the software; the licenses that accompany the code do.
Marks and content
The STRAZA word mark is the subject of a pending trademark application filed by SynapTech s. r. o. Third-party names on this site (Claude, Codex, Gemini CLI, midPoint, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the products they name; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Site text and footage are protected by copyright. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution; for anything more, email us.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is, without warranty of availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of this site. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not excluded.
Law
Slovak law governs these terms. If a clause is found invalid, the rest stands. Mandatory protections you hold as a consumer in your country of residence are unaffected.
